Booking your Appointment

Updated: Sep 18

Ready to Simplify Your Morning Routine?

You’ve decided to invest in permanent makeup, and I’m here to make sure the process is smooth and seamless for you! Here’s everything you need to know before booking your appointment, so you can feel confident and prepared.

Do You Have Previous Permanent Makeup?

-If you’ve had previous work done, please send me a picture of your brows in good lighting, with no makeup, to 775-842-0840. This helps me evaluate whether your goals can be met right away or if we need to create a plan to fade the previous work. If you’ve never had permanent makeup before, you’re good to go!

Are You Pregnant or Nursing?

-If you’re pregnant or nursing, you’ll need to wait until after you’re done breastfeeding. I recommend waiting a few months after you’ve stopped nursing to allow your skin and hormones to balance out. Hormonal fluctuations affect skin, and we want the best possible results for you!

Not Sure Which Service to Pick?

-No worries! Head over to my Treatments page for a breakdown of each service I offer.

Still unsure? When booking, simply choose "New Client" or "Returning Client" and we’ll figure it out together during your consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, and I’ll recommend the best technique tailored to you.

First-Time Clients:

If this is your first appointment with me, be sure to schedule a second session. Permanent makeup is a two-part process, and your second session must be 8-12 weeks after the first. We’ll book this follow-up together during your initial session to ensure it fits within your schedule.

Returning Clients:

If you’ve seen me before and just need a touch-up, book as a "Returning Client." Keep in mind, touch-ups must be at least 1 year after your initial procedure—this helps avoid over-saturating your skin with pigment. We want your pigment to be at least 50% faded before we refresh your permanent cosmetics.

Note: This applies to work I’ve done, not previous work from other artists.

Important Notes for Eyeliner & Brow Clients:

- Eyeliner Clients: If you use lash growth serums like Latisse, Rodan + Fields Lash Boost, or Grande Lash, you’ll need to stop using them at least 6 months before your appointment. Please arrive with no lash extensions—all extensions must be removed at least 3 days prior to avoid irritation.

- Brow Clients: If you’re using brow growth serums, you’ll need to stop using them for 6 months before your appointment. If you use lash serum but are coming in for brows, that’s totally fine!

Timing Is Everything:

Avoid booking your appointment right before important events like weddings or vacations. Healing times can vary, but most clients take about 7-10 days. You don’t want flakey brows on your big day!

After your appointment, you’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions and the necessary ointments to ensure proper healing.

A Few Final Reminders:

- No guests, kids, or pets at your appointment, please.

- If you need a translator, that’s no problem.

- Avoid alcohol and blood thinners for at least 24 hours before your appointment unless prescribed by a doctor.

I can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve the brows (or liner) of your dreams! 💕
